Strawberry Tres Leches Cake

1. Preheat your oven to 350° and Grease a 9x13 cake pan with either butter or baking spray.
2. In a large bowl mix together the eggs, milk and oil, then add in the cake mix. Whisk everything together until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30 minutes. Once out of the oven allow the cake to cool down for about 15 minutes.
4. Milk mixture- mix together the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and regular milk.
5. Whipped cream- in a mixing bowl whisk together the heavy cream and powder sugar until stiff peaks form.
6. Strawberry crunch crumble- in a food processor crush the cookies until small crumbles and place them in a bowl. Add the strawberry jello powder, melted butter and mix to combine.

—Assemble—

1. After the cake has cooled, Pour the milk mixture over the cake and wait until it absorbs all the milk you can put it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
2. When ready cover with whipped cream topping and strawberry crunch crumbles, And enjoy!
